Real Estate Title Producer - Sales Representative
Job Description
The Title Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business. This position is perfect for someone with existing relationships in the real estate industry (realtors, loan officers, builders). The compensation package includes base salary plus commissions and offers a flexible work schedule. No title experience is required.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop potential leads.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with lenders and real estate professionals.
- Solicit new business utilizing various strategies.
- Conduct real estate settlements as needed.
- Responsible for all aspects of business solicitation, sales, marketing, and account servicing.
- Develop new and existing commercial, residential, and builder client relationships.
- Highly involved with local realtor associations, networking groups, and other business/social organizations.
Requirements:
- Existing contact list and relationships with lenders, real estate agents, attorney, developers, commercial lenders or other parties that can drive business.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to cultivate clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with many personality types.
- Experience in the title insurance, real estate, or mortgage industries is preferred but not required.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

- Must be able to work and commute in the Columbus, OH metro area.
